One of the ways that MNC can include is organizing an open meeting with internal staffs as it will allow the leaders and managers to communicate their passion and the ways in which work has to be done in organization (Adrian, 2012). These meetings will allow managers as well as employees to hear and understand what leaders want to communicate and will also provide the opportunity to the employees to provide the feedback to upper management. These meetings can be organized in every branch of the company in all countries on a regular basis.
